A range of authentic artisanal ciders that are worth a detour. Whether it's a flat cider, a sparkling cider or an ice cider, all will delight the most capricious taste buds.
Our ciders are handcrafted using proven methods from hand-picked apples. Before being pressed, the crushed apples are macerated on the skin to release all the aromas of the apple. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled vats before being filtered and bottled on the farm.
All our ciders presented in international competitions have won awards. Our ice cider, in particular, has twice received a “Double Gold Medal” at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition and at all Canadian wine championships.
All our ciders can be tasted on site, brought to the home or delivered to your home if you live on the South Shore of Montreal.
“Cider and appetizer pairing” tastings are served on a board on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. during the U-pick season, from early September to mid-October. Cider tastings are also possible outside these periods for groups of 10 people or more by reservation only.
